Those two contexts produce different awning requirements, and we build for both.
Waterfront and near-waterfront properties need hardware specified for moisture. Restaurants on Central Way need clean commercial fabrication that can take a power wash and still look sharp in year ten. Residential homes across Kirkland’s hillside neighborhoods need structures sized for varied lot configurations and roof pitches. We build every awning from scratch in our Kent shop and install it ourselves, so all three situations are straightforward for us.
