High-quality, reliable and at the same time beautiful gates are an integral attribute of any country house, cottage or country building. At the moment, many designs for gates are known, as a result, of this or that common design can be selected in accordance with the needs and requirements of the customer.
It is no secret that forged gates are especially popular and in demand today: despite the cost, these barrage structures demonstrate an optimal combination of external qualities and functionality. All forged gates, in accordance with the design features, can be subdivided into two main types, namely, swing and sliding (roller) modifications.
Swinging metal gates with forged elements are traditional designs characterized by simplicity of execution, consequently, with lower cost. Swing gates can be for an entrance or for a garage. Garage swing gates are solid all-metal doors, which are decorated with decorative wrought-iron elements on the surface. Such structures are distinguished by increased strength and resistance against burglary. Forged swing gates of entrance type can be either solid all-metal or openwork structures, with polycarbonate inserts. Both versions of the gate have one thing in common: the sashes are fixed by means of hinges on vertical posts or on a frame that repeats the perimeter of the garage entrance.
Sliding roller gates are more complex structures, which are a metal barrier that moves along special guides. To move along these guides, the doors of this type are equipped with rollers. In some cases, for operational comfort, the design is complemented by an electric actuator and a forged closing and opening mechanism. Of course, such gates are more complicated in design and installation than swing modifications. On the other hand, such gates guarantee greater comfort of use and increased burglary resistance, since it is very difficult to deform them without a special tools.
Regardless of the type chosen, forged gates are designed not only to exclude the possibility of penetration from the outside. First of all, forged gates are ordered in order to decorate a construction site or the surrounding area. That is why the production of forged gates today is considered not as an ordinary work with metal structures, but as an art.
